There is also the possibility to rent other two apartments : a huge apartment for 6 up to 12 guests, with two bathrooms and a guest bathroom, a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a large terrace; the second one with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large terrace.

The suite has air conditioning for summer and winter, the flatlet has air conditioning for summer and heating for the winter season. Both places are completely equipped with pots, pans, and cutlery for the number of people renting the place, in addition to bed linens and towels. The price includes electricity, water, gas, change of linens every week and cleaning at check-in and at departure. The place may be also cleaned every day at a cost of 15 Euro for the suite and 30 Euro for the flatlet. The booking needs to be confirmed with 50% of the total sum, whereas the rest of the sum needs to be paid 15 days before the arrival. Guests have to leave a deposit of 180 Euro. * For the minimum stay of one week from 7/01 to 16/03 and from 10/11 to 18/12 there is a discount of 20%. In case of cancellation you will be refunded of the total sum if the reservation is cancelled up to 3 months before the date of reservation; up to 75% of the total sum if the reservation is cancelled up to 2 months before the date of the reservation; up to 50% of the total sum if the cancellation occurs up to 1 month before the date of the reservation; up to 25% of the total sum if the reservation is cancelled up to 1 week before the date of the reservation; above that no refund will be given.
